Hi, I’m Anna.
Founder & Travel Advisor
I took my first international trip when I was ten, to Fiji with my family, and I never really stopped. Since then I’ve traveled to 21 countries across four continents, including five months living in Milan during a study abroad program in college.
I’m a Pacific Northwest native, born and raised in Portland, Oregon, though I’ve since called Denver, Orange County, San Diego, and Vancouver, Washington home. I’m a travel advisor who got into this because I love the planning almost as much as the trip itself. Anchor & Ivy is where that turns into wellness retreats, cruises, and custom itineraries done right.
And Ivy? She’s my actual cat and first mate, an unofficial office manager who’s not much of a traveler herself. She prefers to supervise from the couch.

Hi, I’m Lee.
I’m Anna’s dad, and these days I get to help her run Anchor & Ivy as her travel assistant — digging into the details, comparing options, and making sure nothing slips through the cracks while she’s working directly with clients.
Before that, I spent my career leading business growth and market expansion — building strategy, closing deals, and managing relationships across the globe. These days I’m putting that same energy into semi-retirement: travel, and a handful of passion projects, this one included.
Since 2022, I’ve completed 11 cruises, exploring destinations throughout Europe, Japan, Egypt, and beyond — part of a lifetime total of 35 countries across five continents. Along the way, I’ve learned what works, what doesn’t, and all the little details that can turn a great trip into an unforgettable one.
